Spring Yoga Classes
Poetry, Power & Plenty of Rest
This Spring our practices will be inspired by the words of poets and mystics from various traditions. Physically, I’ll make sure to include some exciting strength work and twists alongside our work of increasing mobility. This will help us stay strong, centered, grounded and yet still receptive, flexible and open.
This balance is essential at all times of our lives. It is especially helpful in supporting vitality as we age. We’ll also incorporate plenty of deep rest in our classes which is essential in the Springtime.

Women's Retreat: Release

What are you ready to let go of? An old habit or old belief? Maybe you are ready to release something that isn't yours at all... energy or patterns you picked up along the way? Or maybe you'd like to learn a few tools to keep more centered when your outer environment is chaotic, overstimulating or unpredictable.
In this joyful day retreat we'll tap into the profound support we have around us to clear and release what is no longer needed. We'll use our breath, our body, herbal plant allies and the elements to help us learn how to tune into and care for the most subtle aspect of our bodies: our energy body. And, of course, we'll hold this work within the circle of our community and within the incredibly special space of The Trees Retreat center.
We will practice yoga in the morning. Our afternoon will be led by Clinical Herbalist and Polarity Therapist Lea Clayton. One highlight will be learning about and experiencing an herbal "bath" for release. This is done fully clothed and was a highlight of our retreat last summer.
$150 for the full day/ $75 half day as space allows.
Private Classes
Private classes are for one person or a group. The class is tailored to your level and needs and held when and where you like!
Private classes are ideal for you if:
